For over 10 years I have been helping senior leaders achieve their personal and business goals.
Before founding my own company, I held senior operational and HR roles in the financial and building services sectors. This experience provided understanding about how to succeed and deliver change and transformation in complex organisations.

I have always been fascinated with what drives human behaviour 'why we do what we do' and how we can use that knowledge to do our best work and lead happier, more successful and fulfilling lives.
​
I hold a Masters Degree in Executive Coaching and Business Development, and I am currently undertaking a further Masters Degree in the Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health.
​
When I am not working I can probably be found biking, running or walking with my dog (Luna the Lagotto) or practicing yoga, pilates, meditation or wild swimming. I am incredibly lucky to have one amazing daughter who is currently pursuing her dream to become a Vet.

Born out of a belief there are some core skills that are essential to lead well which when we 'get good at' them make everything easier. This programme was designed to build those foundations and core skills, and then layer further models upon them to enable leaders to get the best out of themselves and others. Each module builds on the one before, giving opportunity to practice, question, share and consolidate learning and build supportive learning groups. This is a four module programme focussing on developing self leadership, leading individuals, leading teams and leading within the complexities of the organisation.

Improving how you think and feel

Utilising the Five Core Aspects of Wellness Model © this coaching programme helps you to make small changes that will improve how you think and feel, giving you the resilience and strength you need to lead others, and think strategically. Together we will create a tailored plan which will include evidence based tools to improve wellness, with regular coaching sessions to support and embed the changes.

Chronic stress impacts our mood, memory, thinking and ability to learn. It has a proven link to depression and has been identified as a risk factor for Alzheimer's Disease. However, evidence is mounting that we can help our bodies manage stress and influence our health and wellbeing by making changes to how we live our lives. This programme aims to help support you in making some of these changes.
